Operations Supervisor Day at Tempest Security Malmö

Tempest Security is growing and is now seeking an engaged and experienced Operations Supervisor Day for our operations in Malmö. We're looking for someone with solid experience from the security industry, who enjoys taking responsibility and is driven to develop both people and operations.
With us, you'll have a central role where you lead daily operations and work closely with both customers and staff, as well as with central planning to ensure high quality and delivery.
About the role
As Operations Supervisor Day, you are an important part of our operations organization and are responsible for ensuring that operations run efficiently, professionally, and according to our high quality standards. The role involves varied work where you combine operational supervision with administrative responsibility, some planning, and customer contact.
The position is full-time with working hours on a 5–2 schedule, with work hours between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Your main areas of responsibility
Manage operational activities within the operational area.
Plan staffing and resource allocation to ensure efficient delivery.
Establish and monitor instructions, procedures, and quality work.
Be a natural point of contact for customers and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify areas for improvement and drive development of working methods and processes.
Handle deviations and make decisions in daily operations.
We are looking for someone who
Is a trained security guard with VU1 and VU2 certifications.
Is approved to work for an authorized security company.
Has no criminal record and no payment defaults.
Has experience with Rond & Ryck activities.
Has experience with planning, staffing, and coordinating operational activities.
Is a confident leader who can motivate, support, and create engagement.
Is organized, solution-oriented, and accustomed to working independently.
Has good administrative skills and experience with quality work.
Enjoys working in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and where flexibility is a success factor.
Holds a B-class driver's license.
Speaks Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
Meritorious
Training as security officer, protective security specialist, or fire safety.
Experience with alarm handling and technical security systems.
Leadership training.
Knowledge of additional languages.
Documented experience in supervisory roles within the security industry.
