Do you have experience leading and allocating work on construction contracts? We are now seeking skilled site managers for our growing team.
We accept applications on a rolling basis and match them with requests from our customers and clients. You will be employed by Entrecon Consulting and work on assignments at our clients' locations. An arrangement where you invoice from your own company is also possible.
The Assignment
In the role of site manager, you will lead, plan, and direct daily production in various new construction or renovation/restoration/modernization (ROT) projects. You are responsible for ensuring compliance with established parameters regarding budget, quality, delivery time, and resource planning.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with experience in new construction and/or ROT projects in residential buildings and/or housing. You have post-secondary education or equivalent experience in construction, as well as previous experience leading work on various construction contracts. At least 3 years of experience in a site manager role is desirable.
You are confident in your leadership role and work with inclusive leadership where delegation and personal responsibility are important cornerstones.
You should have good computer skills and be familiar with common digital tools used in the market.
