The Sovringsverket plays a central role in the mine's production chain by crushing and separating mining material for the subsequent processing. The role of Supervisor (Concrete) As a Supervisor, you will have a varied role with many contact points where you lead and coordinate ongoing work with subcontractors with a focus on workplace environment, quality, economy, and schedule. In collaboration with the site manager, you plan and lead your part of production with daily morning meetings, your own production meetings, safety and environmental rounds. The project has various support functions. You participate in developing schedules, coordinate your own activities, and conduct work preparations together with other team members. About the Business Unit NCC Green Industry Transformation is a newly established business unit that specializes in complex and large-scale projects in the billion-krona range with a focus on future Green Industry projects. Your Profile as Supervisor (Concrete) We are looking for someone with a construction technical education or equivalent experience, and who has worked as a supervisor for at least five years. You also have several years of experience from larger projects where heavy concrete structures have been in focus. You speak and write fluently in both Swedish and English. A driver's license category B is required. Concrete Class 2 is a merit. As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and organized, and you are passionate about work in production.
