Do you want to work with waterfront facility construction? We are now seeking a driven site supervisor for exciting projects at Masthuggskajen for Peab Marin in Göteborg. Peab is one of Sweden's leading actors in land and infrastructure. We work with everything from building foundations and development areas to bridges, roads and railways. Peab Marin, part of Peab Anläggning, is now seeking an engaged site supervisor for one of our work management teams that works broadly in land and facility construction, and specializes in marine facility structures such as quays and harbors. About the Position As a site supervisor you work in production close to the project manager and skilled workers. Your responsibility is to lead, plan, and follow up on daily work and ensure optimal progress. It is you who together with the project manager drives and coordinates the project and contributes to a good work environment. You keep a daily log, report obstacles, changes, deviations and compile billing documentation. You are responsible for work preparations and ordering of materials and services. You communicate and collaborate with our clients and subcontractors. Our projects are in Göteborg and surrounding areas – where you will initially work on the Masthuggskajen project, but in time you may work on other projects across our geography, which means you may need to be mobile during the work week. Competencies and Personal Qualities You have construction/facility engineering education You have three to five years of experience in land and facility work, where you have experience with facility construction and concrete work You have experience from a supervisory position, or alternatively other management experience within construction and facility production You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing You have good computer skills You have a B driver's license It is a merit if you have concrete, class 1 and/or class 2 certification You like to be at the center of things and are driven, reliable and organized. Leadership is important and you are a role model who creates engagement among our employees. You are a good communicator in both speech and writing. It is also important that you act professionally in contact with our suppliers and clients. Other Information Start: According to agreement Scope: Full-time and Permanent, with six months probation.
