Production Supervisor Production Control, Operations Center at Renströmsgruvan Would you like a role where you can combine leadership, planning, and coordination? As a Production Supervisor for the Operations Center, you'll have a central role in leading a skilled team and ensuring that the mine's activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You'll be an important link between multiple departments and have significant influence over work methods, processes, and daily production. Your Role As Production Supervisor for the Operations Center, you are responsible for leading and developing operations while ensuring that production planning is executed safely and efficiently. The role includes personnel responsibility for operations center operators. You will work to break down overarching plans into weekly plans, monitor results and key metrics, and drive improvements in operations. Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. Your Team The Operations Center is part of the Mine Planning Section and consists of four experienced and self-directed operations center operators. You work closely with mine engineers, production and maintenance organizations, as well as contractors and transport operators. Your Responsibilities Lead and develop the Operations Center's activities. Personnel responsibility for operations center operators. Coordinate the mine's activities and resources for safe and efficient production. Break down production plans into operational weekly plans. Monitor production, results, and key metrics. Drive improvement and development initiatives within operations. Ensure quality, safety, and a good work environment. Your Contribution To succeed in this role, you are a structured and analytical person who thrives with planning, coordinating, and monitoring operations. You are a confident leader who builds engagement and collaboration through clear communication and trust-based leadership. The role suits you if you are driven by development and improvements, have a natural ability to build good relationships, and can maintain the big picture even when the pace is high. We are looking for someone who has: High school diploma or equivalent. Good computer skills. Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Category B driver's license. We would like you to have previous experience in leadership, production or resource planning, and improvement work. If you also have experience from mining, process, or manufacturing industry, that's a plus. Academic education in technical or engineering fields is also advantageous.
