Within functional support services, we implement support according to the Disability Services Act (LSS), where day activity services are an important part. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES In this role, you support, guide, and motivate participants in their development toward increased independence and, when possible, further toward employment. You work based on decisions under SoL or LSS with a close focus on the individual's development and participation. Your responsibilities include: • planning, allocating, and leading work assignments • guiding and motivating participants based on their individual circumstances • carrying out practical work tasks together with participants • creating and developing contacts with external partners and potential workplaces • working from individual implementation plans • documenting and following up on interventions • helping participants develop their abilities and take the next step QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a degree in social work, behavioral science, or another relevant field. Experience working with LSS target groups and experience with challenging behaviors is desirable. It is also an advantage to have worked with, for example, clarifying pedagogy, low-arousal approaches, and the IPS method. To succeed in this role, you need to be a confident and stable person who can plan, structure, and prioritize your work. You can remain calm in challenging situations, are flexible and attentive, and work well with others. We are looking for someone with drive and energy and good pedagogical insight.
