We welcome your application! Your Responsibilities We offer a wide range of activities within JUC operations. Carpentry, assembly and disassembly, laundry, bakery and café, recycling shop, art and design, stimulation/activation, office and media, business groups, transportation. We adapt activities to the individual, so activities may change over time. Your work will involve being active across the entire operation. Your responsibilities include tasks that are physically demanding and require good physical capacity. The work is highly varied and requires you to be flexible, responsible, and development-oriented as a person. As a work supervisor at JUC, you are expected to work independently with service users and have strong ability to collaborate in a team. In your work, you will: Plan and implement activities based on individual plans and goals Support and motivate individuals in their work tasks Create a safe, inclusive environment to strengthen and build independence in individuals Document and follow up Contribute to the development of the operation Personal care Customer meetings and collaboration with local businesses Transportation We Are Looking For You have education and experience in functional disabilities and/or psychiatry with qualifications such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have experience in the disability field. If you have worked or are trained in low-affective communication, motivational interviewing, AAC (alternative and augmentative communication), this is a merit. In this position, education and experience in carpentry is a merit. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
