About the Role As a QHSE Advisor with us, you'll work in a role where occupational health and safety are a natural part of daily operations. You'll help translate goals, requirements, and ambitions into effective working practices through close collaboration with managers and employees. The role involves traveling between our facilities across the country, primarily in central and southern Sweden, and being an active part of daily operations. Through dialogue, collaboration, and understanding of how work is conducted, you'll contribute to making occupational health and safety work relevant, practical, and dynamic. This is a role for someone who actively wants to contribute to a better work environment and fewer accidents. In your work, you are responsible for: Driving and developing systematic occupational health and safety work in collaboration with managers and the safety organization Supporting risk assessments, safety inspections, incident and accident investigations Raising awareness and providing training in QMS/QHSE Conducting internal audits according to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001, as well as inspections according to existing programs Responsible for chemical management and convening the chemical committee Working with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations and managing authority contacts within your area of responsibility Contributing to sustainability efforts by integrating environmental and social perspectives into daily working practices Staying informed about legislation, regulations, and requirements within the environmental and occupational health and safety areas The primary focus of the role is on Safety and occupational health in daily operations, with quality, environment, and sustainability as natural components of the whole. Organization and Location You report to the QHSE Manager and are based at our facility in Upplands Väsby. You'll be part of a team with another QHSE Advisor and a Process Manager, as well as two colleagues in Norway. We're Looking for You If You: Believe that real change in occupational health and safety is created through presence, dialogue, and collaboration with people Are comfortable contributing to operational activities, where you build trust through your way of working Have training in occupational health or equivalent Have experience in practical and operations-focused occupational health work Have experience driving change initiatives and developing and implementing practices in occupational health and environment Have experience with chemical management Take responsibility, are flexible, and can prioritize when there are many tasks Are curious about how AI and digital tools can support more efficient and operations-focused occupational health work Communicate well in speech and writing in Swedish and English Hold a class B driver's license – travel is a natural and frequent part of the position For additional information about the position, please contact Conny Hansson, QHSE Manager, via email at [email protected] or phone 0705-100073.
