About the Role As site manager, you are responsible for driving projects from start to finish with a focus on quality, safety, profitability, and customer satisfaction. The role involves overall responsibility for production, finances, work environment, environment, and employees. You lead the team in day-to-day work and ensure that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and according to set objectives. You don't work alone – around you are competent supervisors, skilled workers, and several important support functions such as contract engineers, work environment coordinators, installation coordinators, and HR. Your main areas of responsibility: Lead, plan, and allocate work and have personnel responsibility for the team. Responsible for production, quality, and implementation in projects. Drive the project's finances through budgeting, monitoring, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Peab's guidelines and policies. Be proactive in work environment and environmental work and contribute to a safe and secure workplace. Lead project-related meetings and participate in construction and customer meetings. Build and develop long-term relationships with customers, clients, and subcontractors. About You We are looking for you – a confident and engaging leader with a strong business focus. You thrive on taking responsibility, making decisions, and creating good conditions for both projects and employees to succeed. We are looking for you who have: Technical university education or equivalent experience. Good knowledge of project management, finances, work environment, and construction law. Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented manner. Good communication skills and inclusive leadership. B-class driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
