Do you want to help shape labor relations issues in a complex, multifaceted, and socially important operation? Swedavia is seeking an experienced Negotiations Manager who wants to take full responsibility for the company's labor relations and negotiations matters, with both strategic and operational focus. What does the role entail? As Negotiations Manager, you are Swedavia's leading expert in labor law and collective agreements. You lead, drive, and develop the company's contract and negotiations work and represent the employer in central contract negotiations and labor law disputes. You work closely with HR and business leaders and are responsible for ensuring consistent application of laws and agreements. An important part of the role is to further develop a trusting collaboration with Swedavia's labor unions. The role also includes responsibility for group coordination, monitoring external developments, and training and supporting managers and the organization on labor law matters. Who are you? You have a law degree or other relevant academic education and several years of experience in qualified negotiations work in a large and complex organization. You have solid labor law expertise and experience with collective agreements, wage formation, and change management. You are confident as an expert but also operational and solution-oriented. As a person, you are analytical, pedagogical, and relationship-building, with high integrity and a strong ability to build trust even in challenging situations. What do we offer you?
