CNC Operator needed for manufacturing facility in Alvesta Would you like to work in a modern and technologically advanced production environment where quality, precision, and development are in focus? We are now recruiting CNC operators for an established industrial operation in the Alvesta area with extensive experience in sheet metal and machine processing, contract manufacturing, and advanced mechanical production. The operation manages the entire production chain – from laser cutting and processing to welding, assembly, and surface treatment – and continuously invests in modern technology and machinery. About the Position As a CNC operator, you will work in a modern workshop environment with skilled processing of components and parts in various materials. The role includes both machine monitoring and quality work where precision and technical understanding are important parts of your daily tasks. You will become part of an engaged team where collaboration, responsibility, and quality are central to the work. Responsibilities Set up and monitor CNC machines Perform quality controls and measurements Read and follow drawings and work instructions Change tools and make minor adjustments Ensure efficient production flow Contribute to organization, quality, and improvement efforts in production We are Looking for Someone Who Has experience with CNC processing or other industrial production Has technical understanding and enjoys practical work Can read drawings and use measuring tools Is responsible, thorough, and quality-conscious Enjoys working both independently and with others It is a plus if you have: Experience with setup and programming Forklift certification and/or overhead crane certification Experience from workshop or manufacturing industry Working Hours The work involves both permanent day and permanent evening shifts, which means we are looking for someone who is flexible regarding working hours.
