About the Position Personal care assistance is a service provided under LSS (the Act Concerning Support and Service for People with Certain Disabilities). As a personal assistant, you will mainly help the client with everything that comes up in daily life as well as with basic needs. Your work involves respecting the client's self-determination and integrity, and contributes to making everyday life run smoothly. Each assistance arrangement is uniquely tailored to the client's life, so work tasks may vary depending on the workplace. Who Are You? The role of personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. We are therefore looking for someone who is attentive, committed, and takes responsibility. It is also important that you can take your own initiative and see what needs to be done. To thrive as a personal assistant, it is important that there is good personal chemistry between you as an assistant and the client. For this position, you must: Want to work for a 17-year-old girl living in Knivsta Have good Swedish language skills Hold a driver's license and have access to your own car to get to the workplace Be tolerant of pets Have experience with lifts It is also an advantage if you: Have experience with similar work Have experience with CP Have experience with tube feeding Great importance will be placed on personal suitability. Working Hours, Employment Level, and Salary The current employment arrangement is "for as long as the assistance assignment lasts" with an employment level of approximately 70–80%. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays, Monday through Friday, 15:00–21:00. Work on weekends may also occur. Fixed hourly wage by agreement and other compensation according to collective agreement.
