ACU in Unnaryd is seeking a measurement technician, or alternatively a more experienced specialist in measurement technology, who wants to work close to production and contribute to ensuring our products meet the right quality standards.
With us, you'll work with both practical measurement, programming, analysis, and problem-solving. You'll be an important resource for production during production launches, ongoing inspections, PPAP, deviations, and improvement work.
In this role, you'll among other things:
perform and analyze measurements
create and develop measurement programs
work with CMM, measurement arms, contour and surface roughness measurement
conduct MSA, SPC, PPAP, and capability studies
support production with quality deviations
ensure calibration of measuring instruments and measurement equipment
train colleagues in measurement technology
participate in product meetings, APQP work, and improvement projects.
We're looking for someone who is analytical, meticulous, and solution-oriented. You have measurement technology knowledge, are comfortable reading drawings, and feel confident evaluating measurement results. Experience with CMM programming, IATF16949, and work in manufacturing industry is a plus.
For the right person, there is an opportunity for expanded specialist or team leader responsibility.
