JobTeam Konsult is now seeking an experienced and driven employment consultant for our work within Rusta and Matcha. We are looking for someone who wants to work closely with people while maintaining a clear focus on quality, structure, and results. The role suits you if you are self-directed, professional, and confident in guiding participants toward employment or education. As an employment consultant, you work with individual conversations, assessments, guidance, matching, documentation, and follow-up. You are responsible for supporting participants forward in a clear and goal-oriented manner, while working in accordance with Arbetsförmedlingen's requirements and guidelines. We are looking for someone who has experience with Rusta and Matcha or similar labor market initiatives a good understanding of Arbetsförmedlingen's mission and requirements experience with documentation, follow-up, and results-driven work the ability to build trust and establish professional relationships a structured, self-directed, and solution-oriented work approach a strong commitment to helping participants achieve employment or education Why JobTeam Konsult? As a qualified job coach, you must meet the following requirements: Option 1: At least 180 completed higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system) plus at least two years of full-time work experience. Option 2 At least one year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least satisfactory results plus at least three years of full-time work experience in one or more of the following professions or work tasks: Management with personnel responsibility Recruitment Career transition work for job seekers Study and career guidance Handling of personnel matters (not only personnel administration) Work with employment and labor market issues Work with social and group psychology Career counseling Ready for the next step?
