Your Responsibilities
In your role as an onsite technician, you will work directly with our customers in the Stockholm area and be their trusted contact for IT-related questions. You will handle everything from troubleshooting and installing hardware and software to administering user accounts in Active Directory. The work takes place primarily in a Windows environment, but it is valuable if you also have experience with MacOS. You will perform basic network work, manage printers, and ensure systems run optimally. The role requires you to be hands-on, solve problems quickly, and contribute to a positive user experience.
Your Profile

You are solution-oriented, take initiative, and enjoy taking responsibility for making things work as they should. The role requires you to be flexible and comfortable working in different environments, where you can quickly adapt to new situations. You have pedagogical skills and can explain technical solutions in a simple and clear way. Additionally, you are organized, stress-resilient, and work well collaborating with both users and colleagues.
Requirements
At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows environment
Very strong skills in Microsoft 365
Basic networking knowledge
Very strong knowledge of troubleshooting both software and hardware
Fluent spoken and written Swedish and English
Experience managing and troubleshooting printers
B-class driver's license
Meritorious
Experience with MacOS
IT certifications
