The Bishops Arms is a chain of quality gastropubs that stands strong in the British pub tradition with a fantastic selection of food and drink. We have one of northern Europe's broadest selections of beer and whisky. We are looking for you who, together with our Head Chef and colleagues in the kitchen, will be responsible for always delivering a high-quality dining experience to our guests in the pub, à la carte, breakfast and conference/banquet areas. The position involves primarily evening work but daytime work may also occur. We are also currently looking for skilled chefs who are interested in taking our breakfast experience to new heights. If you are a morning person, we have the challenge for you if you want to swap late evenings in the kitchen for creative, early mornings. You have at least three years of experience in a similar chef role. You work in our industry because you are passionate about giving all guests the best experience. You are positive, meticulous, enjoy a fast pace and have understood that our industry is in constant change and that motivates you. You know that cleanliness and order are just as important in your job as a chef as your ability to cook good food. You have good patience, are solution-oriented and curious. You speak and write Swedish and/or English fluently. Working hours: Varying. Daytime, evening and weekends. Scope: Full-time but also possibility for part-time.
