At AlltiBil Kungälv, we are now looking for an engaged and solution-oriented service advisor for a temporary position with immediate start. Here you will have a central role in the workshop's daily operations and become the important link between our customers and technicians. You meet customers when they drop off their vehicles, keep them updated during the work process, and ensure they drive away with a really good feeling. At the same time, you help the workshop plan the day, prioritize correctly, and maintain a good workflow. We are looking for you if you enjoy people, cars, and getting many different parts to work together. An Important Role with Plenty of Variety As a service advisor, you are often the first and last person the customer meets. Therefore, your demeanor, your communication skills, and your ability to build trust are crucial. Your main responsibilities will be to: Greet customers and manage bookings for service and repairs Be the customer's contact person before, during, and after the workshop visit Inform about service needs, repairs, costs, and timelines Plan and coordinate the workshop's work together with our technicians Create work orders and follow up on ongoing work Order spare parts for upcoming workshop work Handle invoicing and other administrative follow-up Ensure that every customer receives professional and personalized service Contribute to high quality, good profitability, and satisfied customers Who Are We Looking For? We believe you are a positive and responsible person who enjoys working closely with both customers and colleagues. You find it easy to build trust and remain calm even when the pace is high and planning needs to change quickly. To succeed in the role, we would like you to: Be service-oriented, communicative, and solution-focused Work in a structured and thorough manner Have good administrative skills and computer proficiency Be able to plan, prioritize, and handle multiple matters simultaneously Have a professional and trustworthy customer service demeanor Speak Swedish fluently and have good English skills Have a B-category driver's license Experience from a car workshop, automotive industry, customer service, or a similar role is a merit.
