You will need: - secondary or vocational secondary education (caregiver qualification is preferred). - compliance with the requirements of Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law. - state language proficiency level B2. We will entrust you with: working with children in a family-like environment: preparing meals, helping children eat, maintaining hygiene, keeping living spaces clean, etc.; facilitating children's participation in recreational activities and community integration; monitoring children's health status and informing healthcare specialists of any changes; timely and accurately documenting care activities performed to meet children's basic needs. We offer: base salary from 784.00 to 808.00 EUR gross (depending on previous work experience and qualifications. After the probation period, depending on qualifications and competencies, work performance assessment, and regular hours); 25% allowance for work involving special risk; summarized working hours (according to the work schedule); allowance for night and holiday work; professional colleagues and growth opportunities; bonuses in accordance with the collective agreement; health insurance after 3 months of employment.
