Branch "Teika" Stāmerienas iela 4, Riga IS HIRING a compassionate, inquisitive, eager-to-learn child care professional who is caring, creative, and active CAREGIVER (5322 02) It is possible to combine this work with studies or other employment. You need: Secondary or vocational secondary education (caregiver qualification is preferred); Compliance with the requirements of Section 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; State language proficiency level B2. You will be responsible for: Working with children in a family-like environment; Preparing meals, helping children eat, maintaining hygiene, keeping living spaces clean, etc.; Promoting children's participation in leisure activities and community integration; Observing children's health condition and informing healthcare specialists of any changes; Timely and quality documentation of care activities to ensure children's basic needs. We offer: Base salary from 784.00 to 808.00 EUR gross (depending on previous professional qualifications. After the trial period, salary determination will also consider work performance evaluation results and regular working hours); 25% supplement for work involving special risk; Summated working hours (according to work schedule); Supplement for night work and work on public holidays; Professional colleagues and growth opportunities; Bonuses in accordance with collective agreement; Health insurance after 3 months of employment.
