AT THE BRANCH "KALNCIEMS" Kalnciema Street 93, Riga We are inviting applications for a permanent position CAREGIVER (PROFESSION CODE 5322 02) We require: basic education (preferably a certificate or diploma in the care field); work experience in the care field will be considered an advantage; state language proficiency level B2. Your responsibilities will include: providing care to clients under the supervision of social work specialists (assisting clients with hygiene, meals, etc., maintaining facilities, promoting client participation in leisure activities); monitoring client health status and informing healthcare professionals of any changes; timely and accurately documenting care activities performed to meet client's basic needs; accompanying clients on walks, to classes, and during visits to various institutions and events. We offer: a base salary from 784.00 to 808.00 EUR gross (depending on previous professional qualification and competencies. After the probation period, salary determination will also take into account work performance evaluation results and regular working hours); 25% supplement for work involving special risk; summarized working hours (according to work schedule); supplement for night work and holidays; an additional three working days off for work involving special risk; professional colleagues and growth opportunities; bonuses in accordance with the collective agreement; health insurance after 3 months of employment.
