No. 50003342481) Long-term Social Care Center "Vecpiebalga" invites you to join our team In Vecpiebalga, "Greiveros" CAREGIVERS (for an indefinite period, full-time) (profession code: 5322 02) Your main responsibilities: Collaborate with the team by providing and receiving information about client care needs and participate in shift handovers. Participate in admitting new clients and complete receipts for client belongings. Ensure clients' basic needs and daily care in accordance with individual care plans. Monitor clients' well-being and behavior, and immediately inform medical personnel of any concerns. Maintain center premises (wards, rooms, common areas). Complete client records and care documentation for performed tasks. Comply with the center's hygiene and infection prevention protocols. We are looking for a colleague who has: Basic or secondary education. Professional qualification "Caregiver". Desirable work experience in the social care field. Knowledge of legislation and regulations governing social services and social assistance within the scope of job duties. Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities, self-control and resilience in conflict situations. Ability to independently obtain, select and analyze information. Understanding of hygiene and safety standards. Ability to make decisions and take responsibility. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. State language proficiency in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular salary of 782.00 EUR (gross). Social benefits and other allowances in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement. Standard working hours - 40 hours per week.
