Dienvidkurzemes novada pašvaldība (r.n.90000058625) The Social Service of Dienvidkurzemes novada is inviting applications for a caregiver position on a full-time basis Work location: Territory of Grobiņa city, Grobiņa, Bārta, Medze and Gavieze parishes in Dienvidkurzemes novada. Requirements for candidates: secondary education (basic or secondary vocational education preferred); preferably – completed course or training in personal care; previous experience in similar work preferred; good communication skills with clients; ability to work in a team; capacity to respond appropriately in unexpected situations. Main responsibilities: providing home care services to residents of the municipality – assisting individuals who, due to age or functional impairment, are unable to perform daily household tasks and personal care; ensuring hygiene procedures; cleaning premises; assisting with document organization and payment processing; purchasing and delivering food, household goods and medicines; assisting with meal preparation and dish washing; delivering fuel to premises, etc. We offer: stable remuneration and social guarantees; opportunities for professional development, acquiring new knowledge and experience.
