Requirements for candidates:
Secondary education or secondary professional education (preferably in the care field);
Experience in the care field will be considered an advantage;
Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the State Language Law.
Main job responsibilities:
Assist adult persons with various types of disabilities who cannot care for themselves, maintain hygiene, prepare and take meals, maintain premises, supply with essential goods, and maintain client relationships with the surrounding environment;
Carry out instructions from healthcare professionals to meet client basic needs, maintain a safe environment and comfort, help meet client individual needs, cooperate with team members in improving client quality of life;
Participate in the work of the client social rehabilitation process team, to maintain, improve, and acquire client skills and abilities;
Work in an interprofessional team;
Assist, teach, and provide care for clients in performing daily activities, ensuring personal hygiene, in accordance with client care abilities;
Assist and teach the client to organize belongings and clothing, as well as provide care in this area;
Assist and teach the client to organize their room, as well as provide care in this area;
Assist and teach the client to eat and drink according to client abilities and wishes, as well as provide care in this area;
Ensure care for bedridden and mobility-limited clients (assist client to get out of bed or chair, move within the premises or outside the building using specialized aids, position client in accordance with health condition following the client care plan and before each meal, etc.);
Encourage client participation in service provision within the scope of own competence.
