Responsibility for providing expert technical support and ensuring reliable operations and continuous improvement of enterprise applications and software solutions. Analysis of complex technical problems, identification of their root causes, and collaboration with engineering, product management, and other stakeholder teams on implementing effective solutions and enhancements.
