As a relatively new pharmacy with great development potential, we are in an exciting phase where you have the opportunity to help shape the future. With neighbors such as Östenssons, we have natural customer flows and good conditions to continue growing. As pharmacy manager, you will be a key person in our continued development journey. The work is both strategic and operational, and involves overall responsibility for the pharmacy's development and success. The role includes, among other things: Strengthen the business and create motivation and engagement in the team. Ensure the best possible patient counseling and a customer experience of the highest quality. Responsible for finances, budget and results tracking. Initiate and develop local collaborations and relationships in the local area. Have full responsibility for personnel, work environment and quality. Ensure efficient staffing through effective scheduling. Attract, recruit, retain and develop employees at the pharmacy. Lead and develop the business and team towards set goals. Promote participation and positive group dynamics at the pharmacy. The pharmacy is open 09-18 on weekdays and 09-14 on Saturdays, closed on Sundays. We offer a permanent position with an initial probationary period. You report to me, regional manager Mersiha Hoso 🧡 We are looking for you who are a licensed pharmacy technician, pharmacist or pharmacy assistant. Perhaps you have previous experience in a leadership role or are curious and ready to take the next step as pharmacy manager with us.
