Restaurant staff member with floor responsibility needed for Puben i Gröstorp Puben i Gröstorp AB is seeking an experienced, responsible and dedicated restaurant staff member who wants to play an important role in our business. The position involves overall responsibility for floor operations. You greet our guests, create a warm and professional atmosphere, and ensure service runs smoothly throughout the evening. Your responsibilities Serving and greeting guests Table assignments and taking orders Cash handling Organizing and planning work tasks Cleaning and maintaining the premises Certain administrative tasks When needed, grilling and simple food preparation About you You are responsible, reliable and self-directed You dare to take initiative and make independent decisions You can read different situations and solve problems You can handle a fast pace while maintaining composure and focus You are flexible and can handle unforeseen circumstances You are social, friendly and comfortable meeting different people You want to be engaged and involved in the continued development of the business We would like to see that you have a few years of experience from restaurants, pubs, serving or similar work. For us, it is also important that you have the right attitude and feel comfortable taking responsibility. About the position Permanent position of approximately 30 hours per week, corresponding to approximately 120 hours per month Possibility for additional working hours Regular working hours Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3:00 PM to approximately midnight (changes may occur based on business needs) Daytime work other days may occur as needed Fixed monthly salary Holiday pay and holiday compensation according to current terms The workplace has no collective agreement but is affiliated with Fora Start date immediate Application Does this sound like the right job for you?
