About the Role
We are seeking a positive and driven Component Owner responsible for speakers in our vehicle platforms. The role suits both you with a few years of experience and you who are early in your career, are driven, want to take significant responsibility, and develop in a technical environment.
You will own the speaker component and drive dialogue with suppliers, ensure installation in vehicles, and work hands-on with testing and verification of audio performance. Here it is important that you have a "can do" attitude, are communicative, and are comfortable pushing suppliers to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
Own the speaker component throughout the development and industrialization phases.
Drive and coordinate technical dialogue with suppliers – ensure progress, quality, and delivery.
Handle installation questions in vehicles, including activities before series production.
Participate in and conduct audio performance and functionality testing.
Work hands-on with verification and troubleshooting in vehicles.
Ensure that requirements are met regarding quality and function.
Work closely with internal functions such as systems, procurement, production, and quality.
What We're Looking For
Technical education in, for example, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar.
Structured yet pragmatic, solution-oriented, and organized.
Communicative and comfortable in a role with many points of contact.
Positive attitude and willing to take initiative.
Enjoy combining theoretical work with practical, hands-on work in vehicles.
Language Requirements
Fluent Swedish, spoken and written (required).
Good English skills.
Meritorious
Experience from the automotive industry, preferably heavy vehicles.
Experience with audio testing or acoustics-related work.
