Learn more at www.hultenforsaljning.se Your Responsibilities You will be an important part of our administrative department, which works with finance, IT, and human resources. In this role, you will have broad responsibility and many points of contact. A large part of the role involves developing and streamlining our business processes and ensuring that our systems function well and securely. At the same time, you will have good opportunities to develop in the role, broaden your expertise, and take greater responsibility as you grow into the position. You will, among other things: • Manage and develop our systems and business processes digitally • Provide support and assistance to colleagues in the organization and help them use the systems optimally • Identify opportunities to streamline work methods and routines using our systems • Work with ongoing data inquiries and ensure that information in the systems is accurate • Be responsible for system security, backup, and other operational matters • Maintain contact with external consultants and follow up on their work • Monitor license agreements and manage the purchase of data equipment and keep track of our equipment You will also work with finance and operations follow-up, for example: • Analysis and follow-up of financial statements, etc. • Statistics and reports • Budget work and budget monitoring • Controls of work methods and routines • Investigations and analyses that can contribute to more efficient operations and lower costs • Financial support to other parts of the organization Your Background / Your Qualities We are looking for someone with experience working with or managing business systems in the private sector. You need to understand how systems, data, and operations are connected in business processes and enjoy finding solutions that make work easier and more efficient. Alternatively, you could come from finance and have been responsible for systems and system integrations. You have a bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience, preferably from a fast-moving industry. It is an advantage if you have: • Education in business intelligence, finance, IT/systems, or equivalent • Worked with IT audits • Experience in finance work and system management • Experience in developing or streamlining business processes • Experience in system responsibility and business process management or similar work As a person: • Independent and used to driving your work forward • Strong logical thinking and understanding of systems • Solution-oriented and curious about developing work methods • Service-oriented and good at helping and supporting others • Confident and trustworthy in contact with both colleagues and external partners You thrive in a dynamic environment where work methods and conditions can change.
