About the Role
As an equipment operator with Prowork, you'll be an important part of project success. You'll work closely with supervisors and colleagues to ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and according to plan.
We collaborate with established players in earthwork and construction, which means varied projects and good opportunities for long-term assignments.
Your Tasks
Perform earthwork and construction work according to drawings and instructions
Ensure that work complies with applicable safety requirements and procedures
Contribute to projects being delivered on schedule and meeting quality targets
Handle tools, materials, and machinery responsibly
Work closely with supervisors, machine operators, and the rest of the team
Examples of Work Activities
Excavation, filling, and compaction
Water and sewage work, stormwater, and drainage
Setting curbs, paving stones, and other surface materials
Preparation for asphalt, gravel, and landscaping
Height and position checks with laser/measuring instruments
Simple machinery work (if qualified)
We're Looking for You:
Have at least 3 years of experience in construction/earthwork
Can read and work from drawings
Have experience with laser and measuring instruments
Hold a C/CE driver's license
Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented
Enjoy working in teams and contribute to a good working environment
