Do you want to be part of Varberg Energi and help build the infrastructure of the future? We are now looking for you to work as an installation technician in a dedicated team where quality, development, and a good work environment are in focus.
About the Role
As an installation technician with us, you will work with ground works and excavation for the installation of electrical, gas, district heating, lighting, and water/sewage lines, as well as sewerage systems. You are responsible for planning and carrying out work according to provided specifications, ensuring compliance with occupational health and environmental policies, and have the opportunity to oversee hired subcontractors. The role involves documentation of completed work and good communication with supervisors and colleagues. The work is varied as it can include both smaller and larger projects.
Responsibilities
Placement of cable boxes, foundations, valve and connection chambers
Restoration work such as roads, green areas, planting, and paving
Documentation and information dissemination for changes and deviations
Qualifications
Secondary education in construction and installation or equivalent professional experience
Experience with ground works such as trenching for electrical, gas, district heating, water/sewage, or sewerage lines
Driver's License Category B
Desirable
ESA instruction and training in Working on Roads
Driver's License Categories C and BE
