The Swedish Social Insurance Agency has come far in applying analytics and AI to prevent benefits fraud and incorrect payments. We work with large amounts of internal and external data collected in an extensive and structured data warehouse. Our data repository is among the largest in the Nordic region. We are looking for someone who wants to work with risk assessment and programming. The main focus is on developing selections for controls, but we also work to automate and improve the agency's case processing. You should have work experience in handling, processing and analyzing data, as well as combining data from different sources. The tasks include developing, further developing and maintaining selections, expert systems and investigation support in the form of web applications together with, for example, business specialists and IT. You will primarily work in SAS EG (low-code) and SAS Viya. To ensure high maintainability of our products, it is important that the work is performed according to our work process, where you follow the standards and procedures we have established. This also includes product documentation. The work is varied and you will come into contact with large parts of the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's operations. The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you have a high level of security awareness. We are looking for someone who: has a university degree in mathematics, statistics, systems science, computer science, or other education we consider equivalent such as an engineering degree has good experience in handling, processing and analyzing data has experience with analytical work using quantitative methods has strong knowledge of relevant analytical methods and programming languages such as SAS and SQL acts on own initiative and takes responsibility for achieving good results has a systematic and thorough working approach can understand and analyze complex issues collaborates effectively with others to reach common goals has good communication skills.
