Your role As an Analytics Engineer in the Data, Analytics & AI section, you will have a central role in our initiative to make data accessible and usable. You build semantic models that make data understandable for both people and AI agents and develop data products that create value in the business. The section brings together expertise in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, and Data Science and AI/Machine Learning, offering great opportunities for collaboration and knowledge exchange. The role sits at the intersection of data engineering and analytics, where the focus is on creating long-term and scalable solutions rather than individual reports. You will, among other things: Build semantic models that make data understandable for both people and AI agents Develop data products using AI, such as reports, dashboards and new ways to consume data Further develop the analytics and reporting layer in our modern data platform Contribute to the development of agentic AI solutions and data-driven working methods Explore and apply new technologies within data, analytics and AI You work closely with the business and together with an experienced team that has a holistic perspective on data. We continuously develop our working methods and our platform to meet future needs, giving you the opportunity to shape how data and AI are used in the organization. What you bring You are a curious and structured person who thrives in collaboration and likes to translate business needs into usable solutions. You stay up to date with new technology, AI and new working methods, and are motivated by making data more accessible, understandable and value-creating for different target groups. You take responsibility for your deliverables, enjoy sharing your knowledge and contribute to the team's collective development. Further, you have: Education in data/IT or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling and semantic models Experience developing reports, dashboards and other data products in tools such as Power BI Knowledge of CI/CD, version control and environment management Strong knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written B driver's license It is advantageous if you have experience with any of the following: Practical experience with AI-assisted development and interest in agentic AI Experience with data warehouses, ETL/ELT or Python Knowledge of secure data handling and information security Experience with cloud platforms and modern, secure data architectures We look forward to your application!
