WORK DUTIES
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference in people's everyday lives. As a home care worker, you will provide support, care, and service to our service users so they can live a safe and independent life in their own home.
The role includes, among other things:
• Provide personal care and perform delegated medical interventions.
• Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and shopping.
• Contribute to social interaction and create security and well-being in everyday life.
• Document services and events in operational systems.
We are looking for someone who is dedicated, takes responsibility, and has a genuine interest in working with people. You enjoy providing support and care, treat people with respect, and want to help create a meaningful and secure everyday life for our service users.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine interest in people and wants to contribute to creating security, quality of life, and a meaningful everyday life for our service users.
• Is flexible, takes responsibility, and can work both independently and together with colleagues.
• Is a qualified nursing assistant, which is a requirement for the position.
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the work involves daily communication and documentation.
• Holds a B driving license, as travel between service users is part of the job duties.
