About the job We are seeking a mobile nurse for the short-term units in the City of Gothenburg. The position involves working as a mobile nurse across several short-term units, with Silvergruvan's short-term care being your primary placement. At the short-term unit, you work alongside dedicated colleagues to help patients regain their independence and create conditions for them to return to their regular homes. We also care for patients waiting for new housing. We often see clear progress during their stay, which makes the work meaningful and inspiring. The short-term units have a high patient flow for admissions and discharges, and patients typically stay around 14 days. We work closely with other healthcare providers such as primary care and hospital care. Care planning is an important part of the process for safe care transitions. "Short-term Care and Coordinated Planning" is a newly established operational area that offers many opportunities to develop our working methods and ability to think innovatively. We are a multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and rehabilitation assistants. About you We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse, and it is an advantage if you have experience in the profession. A valid driver's license (category B) is required for this position.
