No. 50003342481) invites you to join the team In the Outpatient Services Department Tvaika iela 2, Riga OUTPATIENT SERVICE DOCTOR'S ASSISTANT (for an indefinite period, full-time) (profession code 2240 02) Your main responsibilities: Provide patient care in collaboration with a doctor, ensuring quality treatment processes. Assess mental and somatic health status, consulting with patients. Ensure continuity of medical services in cooperation with a doctor, including prescribing medications. Within your competence, provide patients and their family members with understandable information about health disorders, self-care options, and preventive measures. Prepare accurate and timely medical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements. Comply with infection control principles, isolation measures, and universal precautions. Adhere to all safety and confidentiality standards when working with sensitive information. We are looking for a colleague with: Higher medical or professional education (doctor's assistant diploma). Registration in the Medical Practitioners Register. Obtained outpatient service doctor's assistant certificate (preferred). Knowledge and understanding of patient care and treatment principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with patients and colleagues. Ability to make decisions, implement them (develop tactics), and take responsibility. Excellent knowledge of regulatory acts in the field of competence. Ability to maintain composure and a professional approach in stressful situations. Knowledge of the state language in accordance with the regulatory acts of the Republic of Latvia. We offer: Stable and regular remuneration - 1660.00 EUR (gross) for full-time work. Normal working hours - 40 hours per week (daytime work). Allowance for occupational environmental risk factors - 12%.
