We are seeking an experienced ambulance nurse for prehospital services in Sweden. The work involves independent medical assessments in acute situations, where you are responsible for the patient's initial care and triage at the scene or in the home. You work in an experienced team with clear guidelines and well-functioning procedures, where each intervention requires both clinical competence and the ability to make decisions under time pressure. Several of our ambulance nurses choose to return to similar assignments, which contributes to continuity and stability in the service. Duties As an ambulance nurse, you are responsible for: Independent patient assessment in a prehospital environment Acute care and treatment Triage and prioritization Medication management according to guidelines Communication with emergency departments and other healthcare providers Documentation according to applicable requirements The work places high demands on clinical judgment, structure, and decision-making ability.
