The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is an integrated department with both University of Gothenburg and Chalmers University of Technology as principal bodies. The department conducts education across a broad spectrum of areas. The Department of Computer Science and Engineering is seeking two research assistants within the Software Engineering field. Duties As a research assistant in a research project, you will work supporting researchers with practical tasks in their research projects. For example, this may include tasks such as collecting and managing data, analyzing data, or programming tasks. You will have ongoing contact with the relevant researcher regarding which tasks you can assist with. Qualifications To be qualified for the position: You are an active student at University of Gothenburg or Chalmers University of Technology, in one of the department's programs at the undergraduate or graduate level. You have very good knowledge of Swedish or English, both spoken and written. You will be located in Gothenburg, Sweden during the employment period. You have good knowledge of programming and experience with Python for data analysis (such as PyTorch, OpenCV, NumPy, MatPlotLib, Pandas, Pillow). Experience with Docker and Linux is a merit. We will conduct a comprehensive assessment where great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
