Teaching Assistant for Digital Examination and Canvas Support

Job Responsibilities KTH's educational environment is becoming increasingly digital, and the need for support in digital examination and learning platforms continues to grow. We are therefore seeking teaching assistants who want to help develop and support the use of digital tools in education. In this role, you will work closely with the examination administration and serve as operational support to faculty regarding digital examination and Canvas. The responsibilities include: • Provide operational support during digital examinations, including troubleshooting and handling routine technical issues during ongoing exams • Support and guide faculty in using digital tools for teaching and examination, for example Canvas • Provide support related to digital examinations and manage matters related to learning platforms and digital workflows • Contribute to the development and updating of educational materials, guides, and web-published content • Participate in operational development related to digital examination and pedagogical support This work involves many points of contact and is suitable for someone who is service-oriented, pedagogical, and enjoys problem-solving. Qualifications Requirements You must be admitted to a degree program at bachelor's or master's level at a Swedish higher education institution You have good digital skills and find it easy to learn new systems and working methods You are responsible, organized, and have good collaboration skills You express yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English as required in daily work Merits Student at KTH Experience with Canvas or other learning platforms Experience in support, administration, or pedagogical work We will place great emphasis on personal qualities.
