For more information, visit our website: https://www.uu.se/medarbetare/institution/kemi-angstrom Job Duties Job duties include teaching, administration, or participation in research and focus on the development and evaluation of new high-entropy alloy anodes for lithium-ion batteries. The main tasks include literature reviews, material characterization, and preparation of electrodes and battery cells. The work also includes electrochemical testing. Results will be analyzed using impedance measurements (EIS) and electron microscopy (SEM), followed by data processing. Qualifications To be employed as a research assistant, you must be admitted to education at the basic or advanced level. The position requires experience with: Synthesis of high-entropy alloy anodes for lithium-ion batteries. Experience with impedance measurements (EIS) and electron microscopy (SEM). Very good English language skills Desirable/Meriting Experience Experience working in a battery laboratory. About the Employment The employment is temporary (2026-10-01–2026-12-31) according to HF 5 chapter § 12. The position is 20%. Start date by agreement.
