The Department of Criminology offers education at undergraduate, advanced, and doctoral levels. Our courses are among the most sought-after at Stockholm University. For more information, please visit our website: Department of Criminology. Duties As a research assistant, you will be part of the administrative staff at the department. The role involves close collaboration with other administrative staff, as well as teachers and researchers at the department, and the department's students. The work primarily involves assisting course coordinators with academic administrative tasks and exam grading, as well as providing service and information to students via email. Other types of tasks may also occur, such as participating in student recruitment efforts, report editing, and other administrative duties. Qualifications Applicants must be admitted to a graduate program in criminology. You must be thorough, responsible, structured, and independent in your work approach. Good collaboration skills and the ability to work efficiently even during periods of time pressure are required. Employment as a research assistant is governed by the Higher Education Ordinance (HF 5 ch. 10 §). About the Position The position encompasses 20–25% of full-time employment and is limited-term until July 31, with possibility of extension. Start date is as soon as possible.
