Job Duties
As a benefits case worker at Almia, you will have the opportunity to work on-site with our clients with varied and meaningful tasks within elderly care and social services. You will investigate and assess needs for services, make decisions according to applicable legislation, and follow up to ensure that granted support meets the individual's needs. The work involves close dialogue with users, family members, and various partners to create the best possible conditions for the individual's security and quality of life.
