About the Role
As an HR Generalist, you will have a broad and varied role where you work across the entire HR function and become an important part in developing the HR department. You work both operationally and with a development focus, and serve as a support to our managers and employees on HR and personnel-related matters.
Responsibilities
Handle and provide support in employment law matters and ensure correct application of collective agreements and internal guidelines.
Work with occupational environment, rehabilitation and preventive occupational health and safety work.
Participate in salary processes and other recurring HR processes during the year.
Prepare HR statistics, reports and various types of decision-making materials.
Contribute to developing and streamlining HR processes, routines and working methods.
Support managers in recruitment processes and administer employment contracts and terminations.
Provide support and advice to managers and employees on HR and personnel-related matters.
Develop, update and enhance the company's policies and guidelines.
Manage and develop HR-related forms, templates and other documentation.
Administer, compile and follow up on employee surveys.
Personal Qualities
We are looking for someone who enjoys a broad role where tasks vary and where you get the opportunity to work close to the business and contribute to development. You are service-oriented, structured and solution-focused and have a natural ability to build trust in contact with both managers and employees.
You have previous work experience in HR and feel confident in your knowledge, especially in employment law, occupational environment and HR processes. You take your own initiative for improvement and enjoy driving your tasks independently. You can prioritize and manage multiple parallel tasks efficiently.
