We're looking for someone with restaurant kitchen experience, who is confident in your professional role and can deliver food of high and consistent quality even when the pace is fast. We work with a carefully curated menu focusing on quality ingredients, classic flavors, and well-executed dishes. We're looking for you if you: • Have documented experience as a cook • Can work independently and take responsibility for the kitchen • Are meticulous, efficient, and quality-conscious • Thrive with a fast pace during service • Have a sense for plating, taste, and ingredients • Are reliable and work well with the rest of the team The position is primarily evenings and weekends.
