As an activities manager, you play a key role in ensuring that our activities run smoothly and that our guests have an outstanding experience every time they visit us. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that our activities deliver a hundred-percent experience - Operational responsibility for all activities at the venue, including bowling, shuffleboard, darts, pool, and arcade - Ensuring that all activities are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and order - Greeting guests, handling bookings, and introducing guests to the activities - Supporting the bar with basic beverage handling and serving drinks to the activities areas - Responsibility for maintenance, restocking, and cleaning of all activities to ensure a high standard Desired experience and qualities: - Experience from service industries such as reception, restaurant, or bar with good cash handling experience - Advantageous experience from previous work with bowling or similar activities - Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time and work efficiently under stress - Careful, flexible, and able to adapt to changing work conditions Does this sound like something for you?
