Alma Assistans is a dedicated company that collaborates with clients to create personalized assistance services. We work closely with our clients and understand that good relationships are key to effective assistance. We operate throughout Sweden with our main office in Uppsala and local offices in Gävle, Stockholm, Göteborg, Helsingborg, Jönköping, and Växjö. I am a 21-year-old girl living 15 minutes outside Värnamo with my family. Since I was born with a muscular disorder, I need extra support in my daily life. I need help with everything from hygiene, cooking, personal care, and driving my car to various activities. Important qualities are: Open-minded, cheerful, and reliable My interests include baking, gaming, air rifle shooting, painting, and fika/shopping downtown. You will be part of a team, so it's important that you are a team player and understand that teamwork is essential for me to manage my daily routine. Assistive devices used include a lift and electric wheelchair. Manual lifting may occur, so it's important that you are healthy and physically strong. Requirements: - Driver's license (manual transmission) and car - Fluent Swedish - No pet allergies - Non-smoker It's a plus if you have healthcare experience, but personal suitability is most important. You will work 24/7. We are looking for permanent staff at approximately 80-100% and temporary hourly workers. We look forward to receiving your application!
