Do you have a technical interest and enjoy working with precision and methodically? At Aimpoint, you'll work on fine mechanical assembly in a modern production facility where quality and precision are the focus. Aimpoint AB is a Swedish company with a strong position in the development and manufacturing of red dot sights. The company was a pioneer in the field and today has customers around the world. The headquarters is located in Malmö and production takes place in Sweden, at facilities in Malmö and Gällivare. We are now seeking precision assemblers/operators for production in Malmö. The work involves assembling small components at various stations and requires precision, accuracy, and good concentration skills. You follow clear instructions and work at an efficient pace with a focus on high quality. You don't need previous experience in precision assembly—you'll receive thorough on-site training. The most important thing is that you are careful, take responsibility, and have an interest in technology and practical work. We offer you: A full-time position through StudentConsulting, with good opportunities for direct employment with Aimpoint after an initial consulting period. A long-term assignment with an established and international company. Structured and thorough introduction to the workplace. A modern and pleasant production environment where quality and accuracy are in focus. A dedicated team with good camaraderie and opportunities to develop within the company. Work hours: Work is scheduled Monday–Friday and you work either two-shift or fixed night shift. Two-shift means you work 06.00–14.20 one week and 14.20–22.40 the following week. The night shift is 22.40–05.30. You need to be open to all shifts. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone with an interest in technology, production, or practical work and who enjoys fine motor tasks that require accuracy and concentration. You're used to following instructions, work in a structured manner, and can maintain a good pace while maintaining quality. It's an asset if you have experience in precision assembly, industry/production, the beauty industry, or other work where precision and fine motor skills are important, but it's not a requirement. Requirements for the position: Good Swedish language skills in speech and comprehension, as instructions and communication take place in Swedish. You need to be able to complete and pass the work tests that are part of the recruitment process. You need to be able to undergo background check and health check. You take a long-term view of the position and want to develop together with the company. Does this sound like a job for you? Submit your application today! We work continuously with screening and interviews, so don't wait to apply. We look forward to getting to know you!
