About the Role As AI Lead, you will become part of the Tech team and take on a central role in strengthening the organization's AI competence and ability to use AI in a practical, secure, and business-oriented way. You function as a bridge between business and technology and have a functional and coordinating responsibility for the organization's AI adoption and skills development. By combining business understanding, technical competence, and pedagogical ability, you identify opportunities where AI and automation can create concrete value and help the organization transform ideas into new and more efficient ways of working. Your assignment encompasses training and change management, as well as analysis, development, testing, and implementation of AI-related solutions. You also contribute to creating structured approaches for how AI ideas and experiments can be developed from need and proof of concept to stable, secure, and manageable solutions. Your main areas of responsibility and tasks: • Drive and support the organization's AI adoption and develop initiatives that strengthen employees' knowledge, confidence, and ability to use AI tools effectively and responsibly. • Plan and conduct workshops, training sessions, and introductions on AI, prompt engineering, AI tools, and new working methods, and develop supporting materials and practical examples. • Collaborate with different teams and functions to map workflows, identify needs, and prioritize relevant AI use cases based on business value, feasibility, and technical prerequisites. • Independently develop, test, and further develop prototypes, automations, and other technical solutions related to AI and efficiency improvements. • Contribute to taking AI ideas and experiments from needs analysis and proof of concept to stable, secure, and manageable solutions, including technical development and implementation. • Build up and support a network of AI Champions, coordinate activities, and contribute to spreading knowledge, feedback, and best practices throughout the organization. • Support responsible and secure AI use in line with internal guidelines, policies, and applicable requirements, and identify risks related to, for example, data, access, and integrations. • Contribute technical expertise and recommendations regarding tools, integrations, and working methods, and participate in planning and developing the organization's AI roadmap and AI policy. • Follow up on the use and impact of AI-related activities and solutions, gather feedback, and translate insights into recommendations and continued development. You have: • Good understanding of AI, generative AI, and AI tools and how they can be used practically to create business value and efficiency improvements. • Experience with systems development and the ability to independently develop, test, and further develop technical solutions, prototypes, and automations. • Good technical understanding of integrations, data, security, and what is required to take a solution from idea and proof of concept to a stable and manageable solution. • Good pedagogical and communicative ability and experience in conducting training, workshops, or other knowledge-sharing activities and collaborating with different parts of the business. • Good analytical ability and ability to assess AI initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, risk, and expected impact.
