Initial contact method: In person - Lozice 16, (7-14 hours) By email: [email protected] Job details: You will create crop rotation plans and technical cultivation procedures, monitor plant conditions, and make decisions regarding their nutrition and protection. You will organize work for crop production staff and oversee its implementation, as well as handle administrative tasks (LPIS, unified application, fertilization records, chemical spray logs, etc.). Gradual on-the-job training provided. Required knowledge and skills: • Secondary or higher education with agricultural focus (recent graduates welcome) • Knowledge of crop production, cultivation, and plant protection • Willingness to work in the field • Driver's license category B (category T preferred) • Independence, reliability, and flexibility during seasonal periods • Basic computer skills Full-time permanent position starting November 1, 2026, or by agreement.
