About Villa Tilda We at Agaton Omsorg are proud to offer state-of-the-art and newly built housing for those in need at Villa Tilda's Psychiatric Residential Facility. Villa Tilda is peacefully located in Alingsås with proximity to the city center and community services. The residence contains 16 places where each resident has their own apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. In addition, there are common areas such as kitchen/dining area and community spaces. At the residence, support is tailored for those living there with the aim of enabling them to live as independently as possible with varied activities, occupations and community. Each resident is assigned a contact person who is responsible for planning, implementation and follow-up regarding the resident. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you are an important part of the lives of people living at Villa Tilda and a guarantor that our methods and approach toward our customers follow Agaton Omsorg's pedagogical philosophy. Our goal is to make today even better than yesterday for the people we have the privilege to care for. We are looking for someone with care and support education or equivalent. We would like to see that you have experience with similar work within, for example, social psychiatry, psychiatric inpatient care, care and support or similar. Experience with low-arousal approach and clear pedagogy is a merit. We are looking for: We are now seeking a Residential Support Worker, part-time. Working hours: day, evening and weekends. Trial employment for 6 months. Start date by agreement as soon as possible. We are looking for someone with relevant education in psychiatry/care and support (e.g., nursing assistant with or without psychiatric specialization, care worker, treatment pedagogue, social pedagogue, support pedagogue) and experience from psychiatric and/or care operations according to SoL/LSS. You have documented experience working in similar operations and can provide good references. It is a merit if you have knowledge and experience of low-arousal approach and clear pedagogy and/or ESL (A Self-Directed Life). Driver's license (Category B) is a merit.
