We are now looking for a business developer who wants to take a comprehensive approach to our Property IT initiatives while contributing to our broader business and operational development. About the Role As a business developer, you will drive and project manage initiatives related to Property IT, such as physical security, camera surveillance, ventilation, access control systems, and other technical solutions in our properties. During your initial time in the role, Property IT will be a clear focus area where you will project lead ongoing and new initiatives and create structure and momentum in this area. In parallel, you will also drive other business and operational development initiatives with a focus on developing working methods, processes, and value-creating solutions for the business. As projects and sub-projects within Property IT are established and reach greater maturity, the role will gradually shift toward a broader focus on business and operational development. An important part of the role is concept development, where you develop and drive initiatives for how we work with technology and development in our properties and throughout the business. The role involves many contact points, from facility management to central functions such as finance, IT, and the management team. Examples of Work Tasks Identify and drive initiatives within Property IT Project lead technical and operational development initiatives Develop and advance concepts within business and operational development Work closely with different parts of the business and manage various stakeholders internally and externally Your Profile This is a role with great freedom and significant responsibility. You plan your own time and have the opportunity to influence both content and focus within the scope of Property IT as well as business and operational development. For you to thrive in this role, we therefore see that you have experience from roles as a project manager, business analyst, or operational developer, preferably at the intersection of business and IT, and that you are motivated by switching between operational momentum and long-term development. It would also be beneficial if you have a basic understanding of building automation and property management, which would give you good prerequisites for understanding the business's needs and opportunities.
